The restaurant at Novo Hotel Rossi was fabulous for dinner, with tasty dishes. the bed was great, and the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a safe to use. the location was perfect and excellent, being near a railroad station.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food options and complimentary drinks. the hotel's location is fantastic, being near other attractions, the train and bus stations, and various transportation options. Additionally, it is conveniently located next to the railway.

The place was lovely welcoming and functional and restaurant was great. The triple room was new-fashioned and neat with tea and coffee. Gentle staff with good customer service, and the location was favourable and absolutely perfect. We didn't want to say goodbye and would have stayed for longer.

This hotel impressed me in several ways. Firstly, its location is fantastic. It's in a calm area, just around the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. They were polite, efficient, and went out of their way to provide helpful information about the city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the bathtub for a relaxing soak at the end of the day. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options including excellent cappuccino and hot items.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transportation options. It is very close to the main train station in Verona, making it convenient for day trips. The bus station is also right next to the hotel, and it is only a 20-minute walk to the center of town.

The only downside is that parking in the hotel is charged separately, which could be improved by offering free parking for guests.

They recommended a nearby card and book store and even gave her a lovely gift. The location, although not central, was still within walking distance to all the main attractions and close to the train station. The receptionist provided us with great tips for exploring the city and dining out. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Verona for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wider variety of food than the usual Italian breakfast. Additionally, the bathroom was well-furnished and stocked with more toiletries than expected. I appreciated the little touches, like chocolates on the pillows and the staff pulling down the shutters at night. The hotel's location was great too, close to the stadium for concerts and within easy walking distance to the city center.

Convenient location, 5 min walk from train station and 20 min from city center. Friendly staff, spacious and clean room with hand sanitizer in lobby. Safe atmosphere, good breakfast options. Limited nearby dining but overall great experience, would recommend and stay again.
